Delivery
How We Dispatch Your Orders
We use national couriers to deliver our banners and other marketing products. Everything we send out is packaged suitably well for each type of product and should reach you in good condition.
Our delivery service is tied-in with our banner production turnaround time and although we label this charge 'delivery', it also covers all packaging materials used.
All of our orders are sent out white-label - simply packaging around the item(s) and a courier label, with no mention of us.
Turnaround
Please be aware that our delivery and turnaround times are separate. Our turnaround time is usually between 3-4 working days (depending on the items ordered). If you need your order in a hurry, please do contact us as an express turnaround slot may be available.
Consignments are sent on a 'next working day' service, meaning that most consignments will arrive the following working day after dispatch from us. However, importantly, this is not guaranteed, and is subject to unforseen delays with the courier once it is in their hands.
If you require a guaranteed delivery date (e.g. for an event), it is best to arrange collection with a dedicated courier of your own, or for us to arrange one for you (please ask us for details).
Please note that for certain areas, deliveries can take 1-3 additional days beyond standard. Non-exhaustive examples are: Guernsey (GY), Jersey (JE), Isle of Wight (PO30 - PO41), Isle of Man (IM), Northern Irleand (BT), parts of Scotland (AB, DD, FK, G83, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE), Truro (TR).
How Our Delivery Charges Work
Delivery charges are constructed of one or more of the following, depending which criteria apply to your order. Sadly, due to increases from the couriers, additional surcharges are no longer nominal fees that we can absorb, so these are passed on to you.
Delivery Base Charge, determined by:
- The overall SQM (square metreage) of print within your order
- If any of the packaged items in your order exceed certain courier length thresholds (currently 1.2 and 3m)
- Overall weight of parcel(s)
- Which of our couriers we need to send your consignment with
- Whether your consignment can be sent as a normal wrapped package, or if it requires shipping as a pallet
Region Surcharges
Our couriers charge us additional fees if a consignment is being delivered to certain regions.

Additional Surcharges
Our couriers charge us additional fees if a consignment qualifies for any of the below criteria.
- Residential address surcharge, charged at £18.72. This applies to all non-business addresses as classified by our couriers.
- Carded (failed deliery) surcharge, charged when no-one at the delivery address is in (or able) to receive a delivery. This is charged at £10.51 per failed attempt.
To get an accurate delivery cost for a given order, please add all items to your basket and proceed to checkout, where you can provide a delivery address. After this, the checkout will provide you with a delivery cost.

Standard Deliveries for Fabric-Material-Only Orders
For orders comprised of fabric print items only (with no product hardware, e.g. flag poles, stretch fabric frames)

Collections

We do offer collections for orders for those willing and able to collect from our production facility in Braintree. We do not offer customer arranged carrier collections where labels, documents or package details are required. Not available on all orders. We will contact you if this has been requested but is not available. |

Dedicated Couriers
Due to certain challenges in the courier networks, for certain types of orders we will strongly recommend that a dedicated courier service is used. Although usually more expensive, a dedicated service will ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition. Examples of where we would recommend a dedicated service would be a large Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) order, a high-value order, or an order with an strictly required delivery date.
Please note that where we recommend a dedicated courier but a standard courier is chosen, in the event of any damage, this could potentially jeopardise the claim process resulting in any claim being rejected by the courier.
For particularly exceptional orders, we will insist on a dedicated courier and the option of using a standard courier will not be available. This is at our discretion and will be discussed with you prior to production of your order.
Dedicated couriers are available on request. If you would like to use one for your order, please mention this when ordering or contact us in advance.
If a dedicated courier is recommended by us, requested by you, or decided upon by us, we will always provide a costing quote for this before proceeding with your order or dispatch.
A quoted price for a dedicated courier is final and is not subject to any additional surcharges as with our standard couriers.
Courier Surcharges
For deliveries to areas outside of our couriers' standard delivery charges, the following surcharges are applied in addition to the base delivery charge.
These are split into two brackets:
- All packaged item(s) in the consignment fall below 3m in length
- One or more of the packaged items in the consignment is 3m or longer
Please bear in mind that packaged items will be larger than their unpackaged size. For example, a 4m x 2.8m PVC banner, though under 3m on the shortest edge, once wrapped will result in a package 3m long.
