Crowd Barrier Graphics
Product Overview
Designed to fit a standard Crowd Barrier (either "2300mm" or "2500mm", all-rounded corner barriers or top-only rounded corner barriers), and can be securely bungee or cable tied. Crowd Barrier Graphics are a fantastic opportunity to brand an otherwise pedestrian piece of hardware for maximum visibililty at events.
Available in a variety of fittings, materials, and for different barrier sizes and shapes, these graphics allow for cost-effective branding in crowd-controlled areas. Commonly used at locations such as:

Supplied on either Mesh PVC, Standard PVC, PVC-Free Mesh, PVC-Free Banner or Display Polyester.
Suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.
Graphics can be secured with bungee ball ties or cable ties. To best preserve the longevity of the graphics, we recommend securing them with bungee ball ties.
Crowd barrier hardware not included.

'2300mm' vs '2500mm' Barriers
We provide graphics for both '2300mm' and '2500mm' types of barriers (see our images diagrams for a detailed preview of each).
Please check what type of barrier you or your client will be using, and ensure the correct size is chosen when ordering.
'All-Rounded Corners' vs 'Top-Only Rounded Corners'
We provide graphics for both 'all-rounded corner' and 'top-only rounded corner' types of barriers (see our images diagrams for a detailed preview of each).
Please check what type of barrier you or your client will be using before ordering graphics to ensure the correct type is produced.
If you are unsure about fitting and are placing a larger order, we recommend ordering one graphic to start with, in order to test fitting before placing the rest of the order.
Single-Sided Mesh PVC & Standard PVC Graphics
Covering one side of a crowd barrier's infill bars and up to the exterior frame, these are a cost-effective way to adorn a plain crowd barrier.
'All Angled Corners' graphics are supplied with twelve eyelets. 'Top-Only Angled Corners' graphics are supplied with ten eyelets. This provides plenty of strength when fitted to a crowd barrier with bungee ball ties.
Sizing of the banners has been designed to sit just inside of the barrier frame, rather than attempting to cover it. This allows for neater securing with good tension, rather than puckered, protruding or loose edges.
Single-sided banner graphics are supplied at 2100mm wide (for '2300mm' barriers) / 2300mm wide (for '2500mm' barriers) by 820mm tall, with either four angled corners (for 'all-rounded corner' barriers) or two, top-only angled corners (for 'top-only rounded corner' barriers).
If desired, two single-sided graphics can be used on either side of a crowd barrier, but you may prefer to use our fold-over graphics for a more continuous and seamless look.

Double-Sided 'Fold-Over' Mesh PVC & Standard PVC Graphics
Covering both sides of a crowd barrier's infill bars and leaving a gap to the left and right, these are a cost-effective way to adorn a plain crowd barrier. Each graphic is made of one large banner that folds over the frame and can then be secured in place.
Fold-Over PVC graphics are supplied at 1900mm wide (for '2300mm' barriers) / 2300mm wide (for '2500mm' barriers) by 1740mmmm tall.
Fits both 'all-rounded corner' and 'top-only rounded corner' barriers.
Fold-Over graphics are supplied with twelve eyelets, with each pair of eyelets designed to be secured to the frame together (e.g. each pair requires one bungee ball tie), meaning a total of six bungee ties is required per fold-over graphic.

Square Corners
Square corner versions (at 1900mm or 2100mm × 820mm) that sit purely over the infill bars are also available, which are equivalent to ordering via our calculator. For a '2300mm' barrier, order at 1900mm × 820mm. For a '2500mm' barrier, order at 2100mm × 820mm.
Fabric Jackets
Made from our Display Polyester, our Crowd Barrier Fabric Jackets are the ultimate and most professional way to cover and decorate crowd barriers. These jackets cover the barrier frame itself, maximising the design area and creating a more aesthetically-pleasing appearance.
Double-Sided
Double-Sided Fabric Jackets are made from a single piece of fabric, making them very strong. Frames are covered from view on both sides, apart from the feet and joining hooks.
Six plastic eyelets are provided on each side (12 total) around the bottom half of the graphic, which line up between both sides for perfect means of securing through from one side to the other, with your choice of tie.
Single-Sided
Single-Sided Fabric Jackets are made from a single piece of fabric, making them very strong. Frames are covered from view on the front side, apart from the feet and joining hooks. The graphic is held over the top of the frame with a 150mm-tall 'sock' (non-printed).
Six plastic eyelets are provided around the bottom half of the graphic, to secure with your choice of tie. Two additional eyelets are provided in the corners of the 'sock', allowing the graphic extra points to be secured down if needed/desired.
Custom Sizes
Although our banners are setup for the industry-standard size, they can be adjusted to any size required. If you would like a different size, please use our price calculator and add any notes regarding angled corners when ordering.
Please note custom sizes are not applicable to Fabric Jackets.
Continuous 'Runner' Graphics
If you are looking to order a banner to cover multiple crowd barriers in one piece, you can use our price calculator.
For single-sided banners, you should use a height of no more than 0.82m (see example calculation).
For double-sided graphics (fold-over), you should use a height of 1.74m (see example calculation).
The width should generally be no more than 12m, for finishing and handling purposes. As an example, 11m is approximately the length required for five attached '2300mm' barriers.
When ordering Runner graphics, please let us know they are intended for Crowd Barriers, and we will adjust the eyelet positions accordingly to better suit the units.

These templates will help you create your design at the correct size, shape and proportion for the Crowd Barrier Graphics, and are setup at 100% scale of full size.
Shape
- The red line is the bleed line. Artwork must extend to this line. Any space between this line and the safe area line(s) must only be used as a quiet area.
- The blue line is the finished line.Perimeter of the visible graphic, after cutting and finishing.
- The green lines are the safe area lines. Important content (text, logos etc.) must be kept within these areas.
- The magenta circles are the positons of the eyelets.
Layers
Please note, these templates contain a locked layer that is set to be non-printing. Any artwork elements that are put on this layer will not be included in exported PDFs, and will not be printed. Please check your exported artwork before sending it to us.
- Guides (Non-Printing) (locked). Must not contain any of your design elements. May be deleted, if desired.
- Design. Must be used to create and supply your design.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork must be supplied:
- At the exact size of this template
- With all fonts outlined
- With all images embedded
- With all design elements on the Design layer
- With background/quiet content all the way to the bleed line(s)
- With all important content inside the safe area(s)
- With none of the template guide lines included or flattened
- With all template elements and text removed
- With no crop marks, bleed marks, colour bars or other registration marks present
- As either PDF (preferred), AI or EPS format
- With exported files checked (e.g. in Adobe Acrobat/Reader) that all design elements are included
- With artwork for both sides included (double-sided graphics only)

Considerations
While we make every effort to finish these graphics as accurately and consistently as possible, due to the nature of printing, cutting and finishing fabrics, some material movement and minor imperfections in alignment can be introduced and cannot always be avoided. For this reason, important content, such as logos and text, should not escape the safe areas.
Currently, the dye-sublimation process does not allow for the use of Pantone colours. Any Pantone colours must either be converted to (or replaced with) CMYK colours before supplying your print-ready file.
